Welcome to the Decalogue Society of Lawyers
As America’s oldest Jewish bar association, the Decalogue Society of Lawyers has a long history of supporting Jewish lawyers and the legal community in Chicago and throughout Illinois. Join us in celebrating over 90 years of service, and help us enjoy many more to come.
A Legacy of Justice, Equality, and Empowerment
The Decalogue Society of Lawyers is an energetic and modern group of judges and attorneys who are dedicated to serving the legal community. We promote justice, equality, and understanding across all sectors of society. We connect with other ethnic bar associations to educate our respective communities about antisemitism, racism, and other forms of hate and discrimination.
With a rich history dating back to 1934, the Society provides its members with unparalleled opportunities for professional growth, advocacy, and networking.
